B of A Addendum Analyzed

Bank of America has recently been requiring the execution of a two page addendum. One page for the buyer and seller and one page for the brokers or agents. RESI has issued a 10 page bulletin analyzing each paragraph of the addendum and how investors and agents may consider dealing with it.
