Ronald Ballard, the founder of the Real Estate Strategies Institute, Inc., received his law degree from UCLA and was admitted to practice in California in 1983. Graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College in 1980 with a dual major in political science and economics, Mr. Ballard has a unique perspective on people and business. He provides specialized services for business owners, executives and professionals in creating and preserving wealth.
He has served as special project counsel for the largest non-profit corporation in Los Angeles County and for the real estate development arm of a multi-billion dollar savings institution. Mr. Ballard’s clients have been drawn from five continents; however, his emphasis is on the creation of wealth through real estate and on advising the start up, acquisition and development of growing domestic businesses and the needs of the owners.
Mr. Ballard’s service oriented attitude stems from a history of public service. He was elected a member and officer of the Charter Oak Unified School District Board of Education and the 62nd Assembly District County Central Committee. He has been selected for “Who’s Who in American Law,” “Who’s Who in America,” “Outstanding Young Men of America” and “Who’s Who in the World.” He is a member of the Real Estate, Business Law, and Estate Planning, Probate and Trusts Sections of the California State Bar, and formerly of the South Orange County Chamber of Commerce where he moderated the business Mastermind Information Meeting for several years.
The father of eight children (all the same mom), Mr. Ballard has been active in his church as a lector and commentator. Ron Ballard is an attorney you can feel comfortable talking with.
