Independence Day Specials

This is the secret page for Independence Day Specials. It comes down early on July 5.

The Declaration of Independence was one of the boldest moves in modern history, so we make a big deal of it at my house. I live about 100 yards away from the park with the giant fireworks spectacular, so we host a big party on the 4th of July. That means that RESI will be quiet through this whole weekend, but you can take advantage of that . (I’ve got a lot of shopping and grilling to do.)

All the recent secrets are listed on this one page, so here they are:

1.  The limited time replay of my July 28 webinar on major Short Sale Fraud issues is at

2.  The get the slides from the webinar, log in at this site ( where you are now, you might need to be on the Welcome/Home page) with the following username and password:

user: WebGuest (not case sensitive)
password: June28 (is case sensitive)

3.  The not-so-big, fairly intimate, Los Angeles Investor Event focusing on foreclosure and pre-foreclosure real estate strategies and business development will be held on July 15, 16 and 17 at the LAX Marriott Hotel. I’ll be there most of the time and will be holding a private Q&A session for active (paid) RESI members and for those who sign up through the following link (which gives me a little commission to help pay for the meeting room rental):

4.  RESI memberships are ridiculously under-priced. Members receive easily $5-8,000 of legal forms and information upfront and $500-$2,000 (sometimes more) of additional info per month if you were receiving it strictly on an attorney-client basis. So I don’t often discount the price — only at a live event or during a webinar. Due to the need for greater clarity and careful business practices in this niche, I’m extending the recent webinar special through the entire Independence Day weekend.

This page, the special offer, and the slides will be up only through July 4th, so act now before it slips past you!

Our country’s founders did not pledge their “lives, fortunes and sacred honor” for people to be dependent of the government but to be able to fulfill their own potential to their full abilities.

Honor their sacrifices by being all that you can be!
